Tefta Kyriakou-Tsiala, a Supreme Court lawyer, graduated in 1989 from the Faculty of Law at the University of Athens. She has focused on Civil and Family Law, particularly from the perspective of Private International Law. Additionally, she has worked extensively in Private Insurance Law, specifically on insurance contracts and insurance companies, with a particular emphasis on Civil Medical Liability. In December 1994, she established an independent law firm, which handles cases in Private Insurance Law, Commercial Law, Family Law, Medical Liability, Bioethics Law, Telecommunications Law, GDPR, Labor Law, as well as general Civil Law matters. She serves as a Legal Advisor to companies providing medical and related services, as well as telecommunications and advanced biotechnology providers, both domestically and internationally.
