Nikoleta-Maria Tsiala, lawyer at the Court of First Instance, graduated in 2021 from the Faculty of Law at Democritus University of Thrace. On March 2024, she successfully completed her LL.M. in Fashion Law at Luiss School of Law in Rome and obtained the Compliance Officer certification from TÜV AUSTRIA Hellas in accordance with the international standard ISO/IEC 17024. She specializes in Fashion Law, handling contracts between influencers and companies regarding Advertising Law, Competition Law, particularly antitrust legislation and Selective Distribution Systems, startups, M&A, fashion show organization, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, counterfeit product sales, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). She is also active in Civil Law, European and International Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, and GDPR matters.
